If you can't find an item:

1. Try fewer criteria
2. Be sure Catalog #s are correct. Search is case sensitive. All alpha characters in catalog numbers are capitalized
3. Tree Guard search by catalog # requires "M" such as M1. All other items DO NOT use "M"
